With the CACFP waivers that were approved through the pandemic, now expired, as of July 1st, Grain Ounce Equivalents (GOE) is the nationwide standard for determining the number of grains in creditable meals and snacks. Rest assured, our software can help!
Rather than measure a cracker with a ruler, as USDA's GOE materials suggest, using our software, you can now easily record "meal quantities served", in their Grain Ounce Equivalents, to maintain compliance with the CACFP.
